YOIUTH KICKBOXING

That’s right! We are now offering Youth Kickboxing BASED fitness classes right here at Dream Art!  

Blending western boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, plyometric conditioning, and BASIC strength/agility based movements in an exciting and ever-changing class that will surely push your cardio to the next level! Class consists of: A 4 min warm-up, 6 total 4 minute rounds (3 on the bags and 3 on the floor area), and a 10 min cool down/stretch and GAME! While on the bags your instructor will call out multiple combos mixing in speed and power for a NON STOP 4 minute STRIKING ROUND! While on the floor your kids can expect to see fitness based stations such as: air squats, push-ups, burpees (DON’T WORRY! We don’t like them either), agility ladder, box step ups and more! Each 4 minute round is followed by a 2 min REST PERIOD… Trust us, you’ll need it!
