WOMEN’S ONLY JIU JITSU!

Class is every Sunday at 12 Noon! If you are looking to get started and you just aren’t ready to make the jump to Co-ed classes start here! You will meet other women who love the sport and will definitely help get you started in a safe and welcoming environment!

In addition to our regular classes for women we periodically hold All Academy/All affiliation Open Mats!

Here at Dream Art we very strongly support the women’s BJJ community and want to strengthen the bonds between ALL practitioners here in the Valley! It is for that reason that we have decided to organize an ALL ACADEMEMY / ALL AFFILIATIONS open mat to be held, here at our facility, one time per month! It doesn’t matter if you are a Black Belt Super Star or simply interested in starting with zero experience we want to put you together with other women who share your interests and create an environment to support the Women’s BJJ community!

A FEW (COMMON SENSE) RULES:

Rule #1 - WOMEN ONLY! No men spectators. Send them somewhere else ;)

Rule #2 - NO ACADEMY POACHING OR RECRUITING!

  • AN OPEN MIND! COME TO LEARN AND SHARE

  • GI/NO GI APPAREL - If you are new to the sport message ahead! We may have a ‘loaner’ Gi you can borrow for the day!

REGULAR CLASS TIME

  • 12 NOON - 3RD SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH

  • 1-5 HRS Duration will be determined by how much fun we are having!
